Mysteries of the Circles

The circle at the centre of which stands the famous Kamenný pastýř (Stone Shepherd) menhir near Klobuky is possibly an imaginary geodetic network of ancient times. On its circumference lie the memorable Říp Mountain and many other important sites from Czech mythology. Could it have been some kind of ancient system that people used to connect with natural forces, the Earth's energy, or even to communicate with something we can no longer comprehend today?
