Neighbours - DVD

When Mac (SETH ROGEN) and Kelly (ROSE BYRNE) discover that their new neighbors are members of a college fraternity led by charismatic President Teddy Sanders (ZAC EFRON), they smell danger but decide to be friendly. But the neighbors' nightly drives are gaining momentum and both sides of the fence are preparing to defend their rights. Either the college students move out or the newlyweds lose their last vestiges of sanity. Thus begins a war of truly ancient proportions.
