The Unforgiven

All Bedeckt has is his axe, a few coins in case he ends up in the Afterlife, and two companions he'd never turn his back on. Both his companions are Geisteskranken – madmen who believe in their delusions so strongly that they become reality. The world is full of them, and Bedeckt only tolerates the murderous thief and the wannabe best swordsman in the world because they are useful and willing to go to any lengths to carry out his plan to secure a lifetime of wealth.

Delusions and faith mean power, especially when many people believe in one thing. The high priest Konig Furimmer knows this too, leading his flock towards a single goal: to worship an ordinary boy named Morgen so much that he becomes a god. A god that Konig will be able to control... unless, that is, the divine boy is kidnapped from under Konig's nose by Bedeckt and his companions for a hefty ransom, little knowing that this time they have bitten off more than they can chew.

For faith shapes reality. And the gods born from it have their own plans for every sick mind!
