Nirvana: In Utero: 20th Anniversary Edition - CD

Despite the premature death of frontman Kurt Cobain in 1994, which also marked the end of the band, Nirvana is unequivocally one of the greatest rock legends and representatives of the grunge style. Their songs have influenced millions of fans worldwide and hundreds of today's successful bands and artists who grew up with the American trio's repertoire.

During its relatively short existence, Nirvana sold tens of millions of albums. Their most successful was arguably the 1991 record "Nevermind", which sold more than 30 million copies. However, their last studio album, "In Utero", released two years later, was also a huge success. This very album will celebrate its 20th anniversary in September, an occasion that certainly cannot be overlooked! On 20th September, a special version titled "In Utero: 20th Anniversary Edition" will be released.

In addition to the classic single-disc remastered version, which will of course also be available digitally, fans of the legendary Nirvana can also look forward to a Super Deluxe Edition. This will contain a total of three CDs and one DVD, amounting to hours of rare and previously unreleased material. Among more than seventy recordings, you will find rare demo recordings, B-sides of previously released singles, compilation songs, and never-before-released live recordings.

The aforementioned DVD will also be essential for fans! For the first time, it will feature the complete recording of Nirvana's legendary concert, which the band played in December 1993 at Pier 48 in Seattle as part of the filming for the regular MTV show "Live and Loud". In addition, the disc will also offer several rare live performances by the band, which will also be released to the public for the very first time.
