Norah Jones: Day Breaks

LP Record Fans of the American singer Norah Jones have had to wait more than four years for her new album. The record, titled Day Breaks, is released on 7th October. The Texas native's sixth studio album is a return to her musical roots, specifically to the sound of her 2002 debut album Come Away With Me, for which she won a total of eight prestigious Grammy awards. “I feel like this new album is a 'full circle' moment because I'm going back to my early influences. After my first album, I drifted away from the piano a little. I still played it, but I was more inspired to write new songs on the guitar. I really enjoyed playing the piano on these new tracks,” the artist adds about the making of the album.
