Nursing in Surgery I

The second edition of the nursing textbook focuses on surgical nursing issues. After studying the publication, students will be prepared to meet the learning requirements in this course. The textbook specializes in the treatment of the patient from the perspective of the nurse, using the nursing process and its individual phases.

It includes, for example, issues of traumatology, cardiac surgery, neck surgery, chest, thyroid gland, breast, skeleton and limbs, of the abdomen, urology, orthopedics, transplantology, neurosurgery and oncology. The book meets the requirements of practice and will be an important teaching tool in the subject of nursing in clinical disciplines and is supplemented by a pictorial appendix and a number of drawings and diagrams in the text.
