Of stone and lime

The construction of the new Landštejn Castle is progressing slowly and faces many difficulties, as the remote location and long supply routes through deserted forests place extraordinary demands on organisation. Although the disappearance of the master builder is initially dismissed as mere desertion, the subsequent death of his deputy is deemed a malicious murder after examination. It is now up to Hartman of Týnec, the king's commissioner for the management of the construction, to quickly uncover the hidden enemies with the help of Sigibert of Sichelbach and other local old-timers. These enemies, in their efforts to prevent the castle's construction, will stop at nothing.
