Will an unforgettable night of passion remain a mere memory?
On a flight from London to New York, I happened to be in first class. The food, the champagne, the service - everything was perfect. The blue-eyed man sitting next to me was the icing on the cake. He looked sleek and intelligent. We talked a lot, we laughed a lot and then it happened - a spark jumped.
Fate intervened and our flight was diverted for an unscheduled overnight stopover. What were we supposed to do? We had to have some fun. We laughed and danced our way through Boston at night... and ended up spending a wild, sensual night together that will never be forgotten.
All this happened twelve months ago. I haven't seen him since. Until today.
I started a new job and on that occasion I was introduced to the CEO. You can imagine my shock when I saw whose wicked blue eyes were looking at me across the mahogany table. But I'm not that carefree girl anymore. My life has changed, I have responsibilities and obligations.
I just got an e-mail.
He wants me to come to his office at 8:00 a.m. for a private meeting.
And so I repeat to myself: what's in the house is not for me. What kind of private business is this?
