Our Little Sister - DVD

A family (melo)drama that pays homage to the magic of the everyday, set within a Chekhovian framework of a house, a garden, and four sisters.
Three sisters live together in a large house in the city of Kamakura. When their father, who left the family fifteen years ago, passes away, they travel to the countryside for the funeral where they meet their shy, teenage half-sister. She enthusiastically accepts their offer to come and live with them. Thus begins a period of bittersweet adventures.
