Sheep's wool

​The beauty of sheep and the softness of wool can accompany us all year round. In every season, one can work with sheep's fleece and thus return to the wisdom of times past. The author builds on her two previous successful books on the processing and felting of natural sheep fleece and expands and adds new information and skills to this popular topic.

The first part of the book deals with the basic preparation and treatment of wool fleece, its dyeing and the necessary tools for processing raw wool. Among the simple techniques, e.g. making felt fabric, coating wire skeletons for figurines, needle felting, wet felting of the colour circle and mandala and more. In the second part, the individual projects are elaborated step by step.
