Palliative medicine

In the book (which received the Grada Prize 1998) we can find necessary general information about cancer diagnosis and treatment as well as special articles - including ethical, spiritual, social and home care issues. The issue of palliative treatment has been neglected for a long time, although it is one of the basic problems not only for oncologists, but for every doctor who takes care of these patients.
