Pedagogy of sport

The textbook is intended for students of physical education and sport at FTVS UK, FSpS MU, FTK UP and pedagogical faculties, as well as for coaches of all licenses, including students of sports gymnasiums and other secondary schools who are preparing for admission to higher professional or higher education institutions. In the first part, were included " Fundamentals of Sport Pedagogy", where the elementary terminology in pedagogy in general is explained. The second part - " Pedagogy of school sport" - is devoted to education in school physical education and sport, with attention to the intermingling of practitioners and athletes in sports centres and centres. In the third part - " Pedagogy of competitive sport" - firstly, the current sport and the development of sport pedagogy in the Czech Republic and in the world are characterized, then the personality of the athlete, motor learning and coaching are discussed. The fourth part - " Pedagogy of recreational sport" - focuses on experiential and leisure pedagogy. The text is supplemented by numerous figures, graphs and tables.
