Pipes and Pints: The Second Chapter - CD

The album of the Czech-Irish band Pipes and Pints called The Second Chapter is based on the classic Pipes sound, but it is not afraid of other genres either.
"Since the last album we are richer by seven years of life and musical experience. On the new album we will hear everything we like, " says bandleader Vojtěch Kalina. The band recorded the new album in Prague's Barrandov Sound and Berlin's Red Bull Studios.

"Irish vocalist Travis O'Neill brought a greater sense of melodic lines to the band, and as a result, the overall sound moved more into the realm of a Celtic rock band. From smaller clubs, Pipes are now confidently heading to the big stages, opening up to a wider audience, but at the same time keeping their face, " notes producer Yarda Helešic.
