Pixies: Bossanova

LP Record The last two albums from the legendary American band, re-released on vinyl in their original sleeves. Pixies are one of the most influential American bands of the late 80s. Bossanova and Trompe Le Monde, the Boston band's final two albums, released in 1990 and 1991, are now being reissued on vinyl in their original packaging. Bossanova features two of Black Francis's biggest hits, "Velouria" and "Dig For Fire". After the surf-pop of Bossanova, Black Francis and Kim Deal returned a year later to the raw, rock sound of their early years on the album Trompe Le Monde. The album's single was a cover of "Head On", originally by The Jesus and Mary Chain.
