Buried alive

Two girls, Dominika and Eliška. Each from a different part of the country. Two seemingly unrelated stories. They have never met - and yet their lives are fatefully linked.
Dominica died seven years ago of a violent death. Her killer was caught and convicted. But the convict's desperate father refuses to accept the verdict and asks Captain David Winkler to reopen the old case and find the real culprit.
At the same time, seventeen-year-old Eliska disappears without a trace.
On a freezing December night, he goes to the bus stop, but never leaves. Hana Vítková and her team set out to find the girl. It soon becomes apparent that Elisha's disappearance may have a disturbing connection to the long-ago murder of Dominika.
Gradually, the investigators discover that the truth is darker than they imagined. And that some secrets were meant to stay buried forever. Will they be able to find Eliska in time?
