Polednice - DVD

After many years, Eliška and her young daughter return to her husband's home village to try and make a fresh start. However, besides a warm welcome from the neighbours, she also encounters a local eccentric – a woman whose disturbed mind is burdened by a past tragedy of her own.
A web of curses begins to form around Eliška, who is exposed to the trauma of loneliness and gradually worn down by her fight against endless bureaucracy. Will Eliška manage to save herself and her daughter from a mysterious evil before she is completely consumed by the shadow of the Midday Witch, or her own madness?
