Predator - DVD

A spaceship lands in the jungle, with a perfectly equipped alien nimrod on board. Not only predators inhabiting the jungle, but also humans become game for him. This is the prologue of the famous film, which is a popular genre combination of action stories about American commandos, horror and SF. The squadron, led by the experienced Major Duth Schaefer, is deployed in enemy territory, where he is to free several American soldiers from captivity by guerrillas in the middle of the jungle. However, after a successful operation, American soldiers must face a far more mysterious and dangerous enemy. The jungle turns into a trap from which there is no escape, and for the first time in their lives, American heroes know what fear is. The film, which is now classified as a classic of the genre, is particularly captivating with the tension and thickening atmosphere of fear, when American supermen are slowly being removed from routine bravery and balance. Equally successful is the concept of an alien, a blurred, frighteningly mysterious character, using perfect mimicry, whose presence is signaled only by the thermography of his gaze. Only in the final scene do the perfect masks of Stan Winston appear on the scene in all their horror.
