The harbour is calling

Audiobook The Port is Calling, by author Jaroslav Foglar, read by Pavel Batěk. The Port is Calling is a story about a boy's dream that turns into a test of life. Jiří Dražan is looking for adventure and true friendship – and is drawn to the rough world of the port, full of challenges and dangers. However, he soon learns that not every gang is worthwhile and that true courage means being able to say no. His meeting with Láďa Vilemín shows him the meaning of honour, responsibility and the “Blue Life” – a compass for times when it's easiest to fail.
