Process-driven organisation

The publication, which is a follow-up to the author's successful book "Business Processes - Process Management and Modelling", is intended for corporate managers of all levels, organization and quality managers, IS/IT managers and IS developers and university students. This unique publication deals comprehensively with the so-called. "business processes" and their function in the management of a company or other organization, including the relationship of this issue to the basic infrastructure - the organizational and information system of the company. The key part of the book is the author's original methodology of Information Modeling of Organizations, thanks to which the reader gains a comprehensive insight into the issue of business system analysis as a necessary basis for the necessary process changes in the organization. Specific attention is also paid to the implementation of process management in the organization and two basic infrastructures of a process-managed company - its organization and information system.
