Process management for managers

The book is a management manual for all those who want to achieve concrete results as quickly as possible through process management. The experienced author explains that the transition from functional to process management is not a mechanical matter, but that its success is determined by three key variables - the way it is organized (Structure), the way it is managed (Style) and the actual experienced behavior of people (Culture). By knowing and gradually influencing these elements, company management can influence the actual potential that process management brings to the organization.
