Project risk management

The book deals comprehensively with risk management in projects, focusing on projects carried out in industrial enterprises. However, the presented methodology, which is in line with the current standard ISO 31000 Risk Management - Principles and Guidelines from 2010, can be used for all types of projects. The publication will be appreciated by project managers and risk management practitioners as well as academics. Thanks to the book, the reader will get an overview of the state of the risk management issues, get acquainted with the phases, methods and procedures of project risk management and also with its own risk management methodology, which was created on the basis of experience from the application of theoretical knowledge in practical risk management in industrial enterprises.
