R.E.M.: Monster

LP Record Monster" is R.E.M.'s ninth studio album, released in 1994 after "Out of Time" (1991) and "Automatic for the People" (1992), when the group was at the peak of its success. The album marked a return to R.E.M.'s guitar-driven rock sound, reaching number one on the US Billboard chart and in 7 other countries, and went platinum in Germany. Following a long break from touring (the band did not tour with the previous two records), they embarked on their first tour since 1989 to promote the album. Monster features the singles: "What's the Frequency, Kenneth?", "Crush with Eyeliner", "Bang and Blame", and "Strange Currencies". For the 25th.
