Radůza: About Mourinka and Lojzík (2x CD) - CD

A fairy-tale reading with songs!
At the instigation of the Brio publishing house, which decided to release a series of fairy tales written by “non-writers”, Radůza’s little book, O Mourince a Lojzíkovi (About Mourinka and Lojzík), was also created. Radůza narrated the fairy tales and wrote songs for each of them, resulting in a charming two-disc album teeming with both fairy-tale creatures (a seven-headed dragon, princesses, and fairies) and beings you might meet on the street (Mrs Macháčková, a manicurist, a Turkish scholar).

The cheerful fairy tales, which always end with “no one was ever alone again and no one was ever sad again”, are complemented by 20 new songs. For the recording, the author invited two folklore ensembles: the Domažlice Bagpipe Band and the Stanislav Gabriel Cimbalom Band. In addition, the singer-songwriter accompanies herself on her favourite accordion or keyboard.
The result is a “mini-musical by a single singer-songwriter” that is sure to delight you.
