Radůza: Well in the Desert - CD

After a short pause, Radůza returns with the unusually ornate album Studna v poušti.

Christmas CD with original songs following the tradition of Czech, but also world carols and Christmas songs, brings an unusually tender and loving narration not only about Christmas topics, but also about love between mother and children or between partners. In addition to songs reflecting on the deeper meaning of Christmas, there are also merry, even humorous songs, such as memories of how Uncle went to “buy“ a tree with a saw in the woods.

Usual instrumental cast (guitar, piano, accordion, drums) extended by a string orchestra, oboe, vocal children' s and mixed choir as well as less traditional dulcimer. The arrangement was entrusted to Jana Vöröšová, who had already collaborated with Radůza on the soundtrack to the film Then in Paradise and to Josef Štěpánek, who cut the songs into a very elegant and decent coat. The listeners are thus offered an album, which they will certainly be happy to listen to even on days when the decorations will be stored back in boxes a long time ago, to wait there until they light up again on the Christmas trees.
