Rescue operation

Former CIA agent and now freelance operative Ryan Decker specialises in rescuing kidnap victims. When he is hired by an influential American senator to free her daughter from the clutches of human traffickers, Decker has no idea how tragically wrong it will all go. The hostages are dead. His team is massacred, as are their relatives, including Decker's wife and son – killed one by one by the Russian mafia. He alone survives to face the consequences.

Decker is sentenced to ten years in prison, and when he is mysteriously released after only two, he expects nothing but more betrayal. But private investigator Harlow Mackenzie knows he's innocent, because she has proof that someone even more powerful than the Russian mafia was behind the attack that destroyed Decker's life.

The next moves in this cat-and-mouse game are up to them. Driven by a desire for revenge and an obsession to clear his name, Decker has only one goal: to stop the burgeoning conspiracy before it's too late.

Don't miss the start of this thrilling series of thrillers about betrayal, revenge and conspiracy, starring former CIA agent Ryan Decker, which will excite not only readers of Lee Child and Tom Clancy.
