Richards, Keith: Crosseyed Heart (2015) (2x LP) - LP

“I enjoyed recording the album and re-collaborating with drummer Steve Jordan and guitarist Waddy Wachtel. There is nothing like like when you go into the studio and have absolutely no idea that what will you come up with in the end, “said Richards, who also included collaboration with saxophonist Bobby Keys on the album, who died last December at the age of 70.

Keith Richards (born December 18, 1943) is a British guitarist and founding member of The Rolling Stones. Richards has also collaborated with artists such as Max Romeo, Hubert Sumlin, Les Paul, Tom Waits, Bono and The Edge from U2, Nona Hendryx, Jimi Hendrix, John Phillips and Aretha Franklin. Richards is also often mentioned for his drug history. He was convicted of drugs several times in the late 1960s and 1970s. In his autobiography, he states that one of the hardest things in life for him was getting rid of his heroin addiction.

He once used the name Keith Richard, as Andrew Loog Oldham, the first manager of The Rolling Stones, removed the “s“ from his last name to be more reminiscent of Cliff Richard. Richards later began using “s“ again. Keith Richards is sometimes referred to as “The Human Riff“ or “Keef Riffhard“. The prestigious music magazine Rolling Stone ranks him fourth in its list of the 100 best guitarists of all time. Fourteen songs that Richards co-wrote with Mick Jagger are listed in the magazine' s list of the five hundred best songs of all time.
