Sauna

The book is intended for all those interested in building or setting up a sauna as well as in sauna use itself. The author discusses his own philosophy of sauna for both ordinary and advanced sauna users, and provides a lot of information on acquiring a sauna both by self-production and by purchasing from specialized companies. It describes the differences in the production of saunas for home use, for public saunas, for saunas for children and handicapped persons and does not forget the often neglected topic of sauna cabin maintenance.
