Secrets of success

The book traces people's paths to a successful life. It can be seen as an implicit guide to success in the conditions of early twenty-first century Central Europe. The core of the interpretation is a description of the leaders' thinking and behaviour, people, whose success is publicly known and registered, but you will also find chapters dealing with satisfaction, usefulness and maturity in private life or the role of leaders in education and training, as well as considerations about between which types of success we can choose and under which conditions different forms and essences of success can be achieved. The interpretation confronts theoretical knowledge with the author's experience as a consultant, lecturer, facilitator and mediator.
