"Why do you think someone else did it and she took the fall?" He asked.
"Oh, come on. The whole story is far-fetched. She's home alone. He can hear the noise from downstairs. He won't call the police, but instead it goes into the vault, where my father keeps his gun locked up, from which, as she claims, she never shot. He can load it and cock the slide. He tells the would-be robber he has a gun, to leave. If he disobeys her, she wants to scare him, so she points and shoots at him. She happens to do so well that she hits him right in the middle of the forehead. I remind you, all this in total darkness. That would be one hell of a coincidence, don't you think?"
