In 2012 she received the Thalia Award in the category of actress under 33 and a year later she became a member of Prague's Palmovka Theatre. In 2017, she won her second Thalia Award for her portrayal of the central character Nora in Henrik Ibsen's play of the same name at the Pod Palmovkou Theatre, this time for an exceptional stage performance. In addition to Divadlo pod Palmovkou, Tereza Dočkalová performs at the Summer Shakespeare Festival or in productions of the Masopust Theatre Association.
