Silence - Blu-ray

Silence can be the most devastating sound.

In the mid-17th century, Japan has completely closed itself off from Western powers, and Christianity has been outlawed. Two Portuguese Jesuits, Father Rodrigues (Andrew Garfield) and Father Garupe (Adam Driver), set out for the land of the rising sun with a very dangerous objective: to find their mentor, Father Ferreira (Liam Neeson), who has allegedly renounced his faith. In a country where Christians are persecuted and brutally tortured, the young monks face the ultimate test of their faith and endurance, one they may not be prepared for.
