Slavik

France, 1939. Two brave sisters from the small town of Carriveau are faced with a devastating reality—German tanks have flooded their country and bombers have darkened the sky, ravaging it without mercy. Vianne's husband is drafted into the army, and a German captain takes up residence in their home. The lonely young woman is faced with difficult decisions upon which the lives of her loved ones depend. Her sister, Isabelle, is a young rebel who deals with her pain from the loss of love and security in her own way.
