Snowdonia Murders
A LANDSCAPE COVERED IN FOG AND HEATHER HIDES ANCIENT WRONGS.
After years with London's Metropolitan Police, DI Ruth Hunter decides to seek peace in Llancastell, a sleepy little town in Snowdonia National Park in North Wales. But it seems her dark past isn't ready to let her go. Before she's even had time to settle in, she's assigned to investigate a brutal murder.
The body of teacher Arabella Dixon shows signs of strangulation, and a strange symbol has been carved into her wrist. Ruth, along with Sergeant Nick Evans, begins the investigation, but the cruel and domineering Arabella was not exactly popular in the town, and the list of suspects is growing relentlessly.
When the perpetrator leaves another victim behind, it becomes clear to the police that they are dealing with a serial killer—and that time is ticking before they strike again. Ruth becomes consumed by the case, bordering on obsession. But can they solve it before someone else dies?
