Sociology of Literature

The Sociology of Literature is a unique work in Czech literary studies of the 20th century. The text was originally published as a cyclostyle in a limited number of single copies, which are not available to the general reading public today. In his monograph, Krejčí deals with literature as a social phenomenon, recapitulates the sociological method in the development of literary science and attempts a sociological division of literature.
