Sociology of organization

The book leads us into a world of which we are the creators: into the world of organizations. Their importance has grown along with the development of civilisation and today we cannot imagine our everyday life without them. We will recognize organizations as formal social formations in which power is exercised (thus we will not pay attention to informal social groups). We begin the journey by asking "What are these organizations? ", to which we will look for an answer in our reflections on the social construction of reality. The answer allows us to ask "Why are these organizations here? " and then reflect on their most significant features. The third milestone on the journey is set by asking the question "What are they doing in these organizations? " and the answers return us to the beginning of our journey, to the actor. In his mind, the organization begins and ends, its activities live on. The final metric on our journey will be to suggest the possibility of seeking an answer to the question 'What do these organisations have between them? ", by which we leave the micro-world of individual organisations and step into the world of the diversity of their relationships.
