Somr Josef: New Horror Tales - CD

Children who love a good scare from under the duvet have something to look forward to! Josef Somr is back with tales of dragons, robbers, one-eyed and three-eyed creatures, and other spooky beings.
But don't worry – Jiří Žáček's selection and masterful retelling of the texts don't overstep the gentle boundaries of the fairy-tale world, which have long been pushed to the limit by the creators of various animated television series for young viewers. What's more, he offers us a glimpse into the treasure trove of folklore from various European nations, showing that fairy tales, while rooted in their own unique cultural traditions, are remarkably similar.

This narrative collection of fairy tales follows on from the audiobooks 'Hrůzostrašné pohádky' and 'Hrůzostrašné pohádky podruhé'.
