Spy Game - Blu-ray

It's 1991 and veteran CIA agent Nathan Muir (Robert Redford) is on his last day on the job. All that's left to do is pack up, say goodbye and retire. But the phone call from Hong Kong that wakes him up will fundamentally change the course of the next 24 hours. Nathan learns from him that his former protégé, pupil and collaborator Tom Bishop (Brad Pitt) is in serious trouble. He is in a Chinese prison, accused of espionage and facing death.

Fearing an international incident, the CIA is taking its hands off him. Tom's rescue poses too great a risk to the US. So it all depends on Muir, who has had an inkling from the start how the incident happened and is also aware that the new CIA leadership has sidelined the "old-school people". Getting at the tainted information and outsmarting the organization he has worked for so long and selflessly is a task beyond difficult.
