Stations of the Cross

A story about Poland, without love. At the height of an epidemic, a lonely, demon-haunted lorry driver and a barely adult hitchhiker carrying a secret meet in the cab of a lorry. He is Czech, she is from the Kashubian ethnic group. They both have a complicated relationship with the country they are slowly driving through in their 'home' on wheels. They know it and they don't know it. They understand it and they don't understand it. They love it and they also hate it. Just like they do themselves.
