Stories of Corsa rosa summarizes the 100 years of the Giro d'Italia
The book is loosely based on The Old Lady's Tales, which dealt with the history of the Tour de France cycling race. This time we focus on the second of the trio of famous three-week races - the Giro d'Italia. It also attracts the attention of millions of fans around the world every year, and in 2017 it also completed its first hundred editions. In recent years, with the growing success of Czech cyclists, the Giro has been increasingly talked about in the Czech Republic. In 2018, the race will also be particularly attractive because for the first time in history it will start outside of Europe - in the Old City of Jerusalem. Like the Old Lady's Tales, the Corsa rosa Tales feature unique period photographs and a rich statistical overview.
