Team: Tragare - CD

After the very successful album Družina from 2004 (11. place in World Music Charts Europe), CD Tragare is again founded on the basis of modern arrangements of folk music from all regions of Slovakia. The CD features instruments from drums to guitars, bass, violin, fujara, bagpipes to various percussion. When editing, the group does not avoid experiments, which, however, are not at the expense of clarity and tradition. As the bandmaster of the Ata Béreš Company claims: we don' t want to do any great art and record something that can' t then be played live, that is, at concerts, we make music for people. A great benefit is the participation of producer, singer and percussionist Vinx, who collaborated with e. g. with Sting, UB 40 and Stevie Wonder. On the CD Tragare you will definitely find what you expect from the group Družina, ie pleasant and well-processed Slovak folk music.
