The case of Alena Struskova

Alena Strusková was born immediately after the end of World War II, her mother was imprisoned in the Terezín ghetto until the liberation and never told her daughter who her father was. After her mother's death, Alena begins to frantically search for her father's identity, with certain clues pointing to Germany. One day, however, he disappears without a trace. The circumstances of the sudden disappearance of an unassuming woman become more and more suspicious on closer inspection, and those closest to her begin to fear the worst. The Jewish community therefore hires a private detective, who has a proven track record in murder investigations, to track down the woman.
