Josef Hromádko decided to build a house for his son on his land in Znojmo-Hradiště. However, when the digger started to excavate a hole in the ground for the foundations, it hit human bones and a broken sword. It was clear that this discovery would not be of interest to the police, but to archaeologists who had uncovered a Great Moravian burial ground nearby… Almost 1170 years earlier, when the Great Moravian nobleman Slavomír wiped his bloodied sword on this very spot, he had no idea how much he would one day complicate Josef Hromádko’s life…
