The Dark Knight - Blu-ray

Christian Bale returns under the direction of Christopher Nolan in the role of Bruce Wayne, who continues his fight against crime in Gotham City in the guise of the Batman. And his most dangerous adversary is the king of criminals, the Joker (Heath Ledger).
This action-adventure fantasy, directed by Christopher Nolan, is a sequel to the film Batman Begins, with Christian Bale reprising his role as Batman/Bruce Wayne in his never-ending battle against crime. In his bat suit, Wayne, along with Lieutenant James Gordon (Gary Oldman) of the Gotham City Police Department, goes after the crime kingpin known as the Joker, identified by his calling card – a playing card with a joker – which he leaves at crime scenes. This time, the joker with the slashed face (Heath Ledger) plans to prove to Batman that the words Gotham and peace will never belong in the same sentence. Sal Maroni (Eric Roberts) takes the vacant spot of the former local mafia kingpin and assumes control over most of the gangs in Gotham. Also appearing on the scene is the new District Attorney, Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), who could really shake things up with the cards he's been dealt (including the joker in the pack).

Gary Oldman as Gordon, Michael Caine as Alfred and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox.
