The Fake Pussycat (1926) - DVD

Dentist Dr. Verner wants to get married, but he can't bear to have any other woman beside him than his housekeeper Amálka. It occurs to him that he will find a simple girl whom he will bring up according to his wishes. However, the first attempts end in failure and Verner leaves for Karlovy Vary. The housekeeper meets Milca, to whom she used to be a nanny, and tells her about her master's whim. Milča prepares a plan and seeks out the vagabond Pleticha, who introduces her to the behaviour of the people from the periphery.
