The Film Critic's Wife

The book-length blog posts by the author of The Film Critic's Wife, for which she was nominated for the prestigious Magnesia Litera literary prize (and yet wishes to remain anonymous), are a humorous, ironic and uncompromisingly self-ironic - and, we are not afraid to say, Allen-esque - insight into the family life of a woman and a man, something most people over 30 are probably familiar with. What he doesn't know, however, are the specifics of a woman's cohabitation with a special kind of man: film critic. The texts are accompanied by illustrations by the artist under the pseudonym Toy_Box, a remarkable comic book author, artist and painter.
