Young dentist Maksymilian Rajczakowski heads to the Giant Mountains to get away from family problems. He has no idea what secrets lie dormant in the mountains' wartime past. Will he find what he's looking for?
The owner of the chalet by the Snowy Pits dies in an unfortunate accident. Shortly after this tragedy, his nephew Maksymilian arrives. He learns that, before his death, his uncle had, for unclear reasons, taken an interest in the fate of another mountain chalet that burned down under mysterious circumstances shortly after the Second World War.
As more facts come to light, Maks begins to suspect that his uncle's death was no mere coincidence. Unaware of the great danger he is in, he starts investigating on his own. Soon, he begins to receive threats from someone calling themselves Rýbrcoul… If he doesn't solve the mystery in time, he will find himself in mortal danger.
