The needs of the child in the nursing process

Specialized publication, completely unique on the Czech market, is intended for nursing students, midwifery, pediatric nursing, general nurses and paediatric nurses applying the nursing process method in their practice. By studying the publication, the student will acquire the prerequisites for planning complex basic and specialized nursing care, taking into account the specifics of individual developmental stages of childhood and adolescence. Emphasis is placed on the differences in the individual needs of children in selected clinical units, and practical instructions for the nursing process in the form of examples are included. This publication will enable students to effectively apply the principles of nursing diagnosis and educational care methodology in pediatric nursing based on the dysfunctional needs of the child.
