The Notebook of a Love - DVD

Behind every great love there is a great story.
Two young people Allie (Rachel McAdams) and Noah (Ryan Gosling) met while growing up. The initially tumultuous romance gradually turns into something much deeper, but the developing relationship is inexorably interfered with by Allie's well-to-do parents, who don't think Noah is good enough for their daughter. When the two meet again years later, their passion is rekindled and Allie must decide whether to follow her heart or her mind. This beautiful love story has a very special meaning for an aging man (James Garner) who regularly reads it to his equally aged companion (Gena Rowlands).
Based on Nicholas Sparks' bestselling novel, "The Notebook of a Love Affair", the film is both uplifting and heartbreaking, and will captivate you with its extraordinary emotional depth.
