The other woman

William and Mary have been married for sixty years. William is a respected surgeon, Mary a devoted wife. Both have strong moral principles. At least, that’s what their son, Joe O'Loughlin, thinks. But when Joe is called to the hospital after his father is brutally attacked, his world is turned upside down. Who is the strange woman, covered in blood, crying at William's bedside? A friend, a lover, a madwoman, or a murderer?
Against police advice, Joe launches his own investigation, unravelling a case that is deeply personal. The more information he uncovers, the more he reveals a side of his father he never knew.
The only thing that is certain is that nothing is as it seems. And Joe is painfully aware that the truth comes at a price.
