The Perfect Shot

What if what we consider love isn't love at all – but just a way to survive our own lives? Tomáš is a screenwriter who has believed in the romantic myth of fated love his whole life. Alice wanted a family that would be a safe place for everyone. Leoš is searching for the perfect image of a woman that he could capture – like a photograph. Nina longs for something simpler: to finally be seen for who she truly is. Each of them has their own idea of a relationship. And each of them gradually discovers that they are, in fact, in love with an image they have created of the other person. The title, The Perfect Shot, refers both to the theme of photography and film, and to the human desire to capture and hold onto a moment that cannot, in reality, be stopped.
